এই মর্মে সর্বসাধারণ ও সংবাদমাধ্যমের অবগতির জন্য জানাচ্ছি যে, শ্রীপুর গ্রাম পঞ্চায়েত এলাকায় অবস্থিত ত্রীসাম বাগান বাড়ি সংক্রান্ত গুরুতর অভিযোগের প্রেক্ষিতে তাৎক্ষণিক ও সুষ্ঠু তদন্ত, উক্ত প্রতিষ্ঠান স্থায়ীভাবে বন্ধকরণ এবং ভুক্তভোগী পরিবারকে আপসের জন্য চাপ প্রদানকারীদের বিরুদ্ধে আইনানুগ ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণের জন্য শ্রীপুর গ্রাম পঞ্চায়েত এলাকার সাধারণ বাসিন্দাদের পক্ষ থেকে আজ ২৯.০১.২০২৬ তারিখে মাননীয়া জেলা শাসক ও কালেক্টর ও মাননীয় জেলা পুলিশ সুপার, উত্তর ত্রিপুরা জেলা, ধর্মনগর এর নিকট লিখিত গণআবেদন প্রদান করা হয়েছে।
উক্ত বিষয়টি জনস্বার্থ, নারীর নিরাপত্তা ও আইনশৃঙ্খলার সঙ্গে সরাসরি সম্পর্কিত। আমরা আশা করি, মাননীয়া জেলা শাসক ও কালেক্টর ও মাননীয় জেলা পুলিশ সুপার, উত্তর ত্রিপুরা জেলা, ধর্মনগর বিষয়টির গুরুত্ব অনুধাবন করে আইনানুগ ও সময়োচিত ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করবেন।
সমাজের সকল স্তরের মানুষের নিকট আমার আবেদন, এই সংবেদনশীল বিষয়টি দায়িত্বশীলতার সঙ্গে উপস্থাপন করুন এবং ন্যায়বিচার প্রতিষ্ঠার পক্ষে সহযোগিতামূলক ভূমিকা পালন করুন।
Regarding the permanent closure of Trisam Bagan Bari located in the Sripur Gram Panchayat area
This is to inform the general public and the media that, in view of the serious allegations related to the Trisam Bagan Bari located in the Sripur Gram Panchayat area, a written mass petition has been submitted today, 29.01.2026, on behalf of the general residents of the Sripur Gram Panchayat area to the Honourable District Magistrate and Collector and the Honourable Superintendent of Police, North Tripura District, Dharmanagar.
The petition seeks an immediate and impartial investigation, permanent closure of the said institution, and legal action against those who are pressuring the victim’s family to reach a compromise.
The matter is directly related to public interest, women’s safety, and law and order. We hope that the Honourable District Magistrate and Collector and the Honourable Superintendent of Police, North Tripura District, Dharmanagar, will fully comprehend the seriousness of the issue and take lawful and timely action.
I earnestly appeal to people from all sections of society to present this sensitive issue responsibly and to play a cooperative role in the establishment of justice.
