NOTIFICATION: INTRODUCING Unique Reference Code (URC)
This is to inform all concerned that, in order to prevent and deter any unauthorized, fraudulent, or misleading use of communications including but not limited to letters, applications, electronic mail (email), or any other form of physical or digital correspondence issued in the name of Shri Gopika Kanta Dutta alias GK Dutta, a system of Unique Reference Codes (URC) is being introduced.
With effect from 01st June, 2026, every such communication shall mandatorily bear a Unique Reference Code (URC) consisting of a 14-digit alphanumeric identifier, in a standardized format (e.g., 16240-9XX4-0XXX1), generated exclusively for verification purposes.
In case of any confusion/doubt, recipients, addressees, and stakeholders may verify the authenticity and validity of any such communication by accessing the official website: www.gkdutta.com, wherein the said URC may be duly authenticated.
Any communication purportedly issued in the aforesaid name, which does not contain a valid URC or fails verification through the prescribed mechanism, shall be deemed unauthorized, invalid, and without any legal effect, and appropriate action may be initiated under applicable laws.
This Notification shall come into force with immediate effect from the date specified above.
