শ্রীপুর গ্রাম পঞ্চায়েত দুর্নীতি মামলায় দ্রুত পদক্ষেপ গ্রহণের আবেদনের বিষয়ে বিবৃতি!
আমি গোপিকা কান্ত দত্ত, ত্রিপুরা লোকায়ুক্তের নিকট দায়েরকৃত C.C.01 (LOK) of 2022 মামলার আবেদনকারী। আজ আমি সংশ্লিষ্ট দপ্তরগুলির নিকট শ্রীপুর গ্রাম পঞ্চায়েতের MGNREGA কাজের অনিয়ম সংক্রান্ত ত্রিপুরা লোকায়ুক্তের সুপারিশ বাস্তবায়নের দাবিতে আবেদন করেছি।
Tripura Lokayukta Act, 2008 এর অধীনে তদন্ত পরিচালনার পর মাননীয় লোকায়ুক্ত অসদাচরণ, প্রশাসনিক অনিয়ম এবং সরকারি পদমর্যাদার অপব্যবহারের প্রমাণ রেকর্ড করেন এবং সংশ্লিষ্টদের বিরুদ্ধে বিভাগীয় ও প্রযোজ্য আইনি ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণের সুপারিশ করেন।
আমার আবেদনপত্রে Tripura Panchayats Act, 1993, Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 এবং অন্যান্য প্রযোজ্য ফৌজদারি আইনের অধীনে তদন্ত, নিরীক্ষা, অর্থ পুনরুদ্ধার ও প্রয়োজনীয় আইনানুগ ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণের আবেদন জানানো হয়েছে।
এই বিষয়টি জনস্বার্থ, সরকারি তহবিলের সুরক্ষা এবং প্রশাসনিক জবাবদিহিতার সঙ্গে জড়িত। আমি আশা করি সংশ্লিষ্ট কর্তৃপক্ষ দ্রুত, নিরপেক্ষ ও স্বচ্ছভাবে আইনানুগ ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করবে।

PR Statement: Regarding the Appeal for Swift Action in the Sripur Gram Panchayat Corruption Case!
I, Gopika Kanta Dutta, applicant in Case No. C.C.01 (LOK) of 2022 before the Hon’ble Tripura Lokayukta, have submitted representations before the concerned authorities seeking immediate compliance with the Lokayukta’s recommendations regarding irregularities in MGNREGA works under Sripur Gram Panchayat.
The Hon’ble Lokayukta, after inquiry under the Tripura Lokayukta Act, 2008, recorded findings of misconduct, maladministration, and abuse of official position and recommended departmental as well as appropriate legal action against the concerned persons.
Through my representation, I have requested the authorities to initiate lawful action under the Tripura Panchayats Act, 1993, Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, and other applicable criminal laws, including audit, recovery, and investigation wherever necessary.
This matter concerns public accountability and proper use of public funds under MGNREGA. I hope the competent authorities will take prompt and transparent action in accordance with law.
